Normally we do not purchase used equipment from the public, that transaction would be at the discretion of the local branch manager.

If you have any questions about your rental, or about purchasing your rented equipment, feel free to contact your local branch and our knowledgeable staff will provide you a purchase quote.
We do host a couple events throughout the year (depending on location, time of year, etc.) All our customers and the public are welcome. We do offer a quick product demo when a new unit is purchased, but we are also available via phone or email if there are questions. We also host in depth product demos at our location(s) for a cost per person. These demos can be 1-2 days in length. Ask your Mountainview representative for more information.
Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm (April to October) and Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm (November to March). Mountainview is closed all statutory holidays.
Trucks are accepted anytime during business hours. However, if possible, the latest preferred would be 30 minutes before closing. If you are unsure, contact your local branch.
We actually get this question quite often. No, we do not ship vehicles. You are looking for Mountainview Logistics (in the US) or MVS Canada for your vehicle transport needs.
We rent equipment by the day, week, and month or any combination of the 3 intervals.
Mountainview Systems supplies construction, utility, surveying, and trench safety equipment to contractors, municipalities, and industrial clients across Western Canada. Our offerings include trench shoring systems, pipe plugs and pumps, laser and optical instruments, machine safety systems, locating equipment, and jobsite tools.
We offer both rental and sales options depending on the equipment category. Availability varies by product, location, and project duration. Contact our team to discuss the best option for your application.

Yes. We supply and support equipment for projects in Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan, including Calgary, Edmonton, Langley, and Saskatoon.
Yes. Our team works with you to understand your project scope, site conditions, and safety requirements, and recommends equipment suited to your application.

Ask your Mountainview Systems representative when you are placing an order or getting a quote if the item you are looking for is eligible for a discount on a larger quantity order.
All new products are covered under their respective manufacturer's warranties at the time of purchase until the warranty period expires. Purchased rental or used equipment may or may not be covered under the product manufacturer's warranty. If the warranty period for the purchased rental product has expired, the product is sole as-is. Warranty for services rendered vary depending on circumstances of the requested claim and should be discussed with the service tech at the time of unit drop off or unit pick up if service is performed.
Currently we accept Debit, VISA, Mastercard, Purchase Orders (If you have an account in good standing with Mountainview Systems) and cash. We DO NOT accept American Express (AMEX).
